As far as i've undestood you've recorded the LD sound with an analogue chain
Sony MDP-850D (RCA Cable Output) -> Tascam da3000 (RCA Cable Input) in PCM mode.
But this chain was unneded because all the LD Releases of DSOT (and Pioneer you have in particular)
have digital CD sound quality 16/44 track in it.
Knowing that, you could just connect TOS cable (digital optical link) included in the Sony MDP-850D

and record a pure untouched RAW 16/44 track direct straight from the LD.
Doing your way you have lost a bit of quality of the source here and there
(like convert to analog then cable then convert to digital again then frequency change then save).
Hope you will do some day a straight pure digital extraction of this.
