This one goes out to my friend virtualis. I know he loves this lp just as much as I do. As a matter of fact, this is one of my alltime favorite Top-5 Metal albums. The audio is spectacular (especially compared to later productions, such as the Relapse Pic Vinyl that I also own). This one's the original pressing as made by French label Active Records. The album has never been rereleased on black wax anywhere again. It's part of my "Holy Grail" of Metal. Hope you guys enjoy!
DeathDenied, thank you for your awesome release! Cant wait when I would listen to this rip. The album is fantastic, hopefully I would upgrade my CD version to HQ vinyl rip.
metallihead
It will be a part of my "Metal Grail" as well Hope to see Tenet rip soon also
Cheers!

About the record.
It's definitely one of my favorite albums in the extreme genres. First time I've heard it on compact cassette (with Death "Human" on the other side) more than twenty years ago. I have listened a lot of various metal genres before but being a long time classic/hard/progressive rock fan I've always thought about metal music as "a pure energy". The energy which makes my head roll but never touch my soul (opposite to rock, which I felt like a real music in those days).
And this album have changed everything. It was like a breath of fresh air, like a long forgotten childhood dream suddenly come true. Pure energy, catchy melodies, thoughtful visions and amazing technical abilities. A real masterpiece. Amen. About the sound.
I had some minor complains about you rips before but this rip is almost flawless. Thank you so much and waiting for another masterpieces
Maybe you have another Atheist LPs?

Agreed with every word! As a Chuck Schuldiner fan (judging by your avatar ), maybe you have a vinyl of Control Denied – The Fragile Art Of Existence?

Thank you very much for this absolute masterpiece! I agree with Wepwawet and all words that were said above completely. Hope for the continue. If you got other ATHEST LPs or Control Denied please rip and post it here too.

As far as I remember "Live in L.A." sounds pretty bad...
"Spiritual Healing" rip is already there in superior quality, so... what else you've planned to rip in the near future?
I have around 50 new lps here that need to get ripped, some entire boxsets, some rarities. I have no particular order planned: Candlemass - Doomology / 7lp boxset
Enslaved - The Wooden Box / 8 lp boxset VivaHate Records
Slayer - The Vinyl Conflict
Psychotic Waltz - The Architects Arise boxset
Psychotic Waltz - A Social Grace 1st pressing
Violator - 2 lps (War On Music)
all Decapitated (Earache)
Tankard - A Girl Called Cerveza
Protector - 4 lps (To The Death Records)
All Gorguts
Coroner - Punishment for Decadence
some early Kreator (as requested) I don't know, really. It depends on how much time I have and the mood I'm in.

Slayer "Vinyl Conflict" is already here: https://rutr.life/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3488681
Everything else will definitely find their listeners
Especially Enslaved, true scandinavian gem which is poorly available on vinyl anywhere on the Net (what a shame). By the way, I deeply and truly adore Candlemass! But not Doomology box as it contains only live/demo stuff (the weaker side of this great band). Maybe you have some studio releases from Candlemass?
Enslaved - The Wooden Box / 8 lp boxset VivaHate Records
all Decapitated (Earache)
+100
In fact two great vinyl rips of Decapitated with amazing sound are already uploaded here https://rutr.life/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4105595. So you can just download them from here and don't waste a time for ripping your copies Other Decapitated rips are very welcome!
