Inspired by Wassoulou tradition, jazz and blues, 29 year old Fatou has created her own unique contemporary folk sound, giving a distinctly African spin to the concept of the female singer songwriter. The EP breathes with the natural warmth, confidence and spontaneity that are the essence of Fatou and offers a taste of what to expect from Fatoumata's debut album 'Fatou', released this September.
