Правильно ли я понимаю, что вот эти две огромные папки "[2015 - 2025] Legends - Epic Collection" и "[2017 - 2025] Legends Omnibuses" - это сборники-переиздания комиксов из всех остальных папок? И если я не коллекционер, а просто хочу почитать комиксы, то качать эти 70 гигабайт смысла нет?

В данной папке современные переиздания оригинальных комиксов от Marvel, Dark Horse, и т.д.
Сборники продолжают выпускать по сегодняшний день. Естественно в ней нет хронологического порядка для чтения.
И по выпускам книжек там далеко не всё.
Ориентируйтесь на названия остальных фолдеров и списки номеров в них что бы разобраться в каком порядке читать
(если это волнует). Плюс, ждите следующих выпусков для полного собрания всех номеров.
