I have taken the best of traditional Thai massage techniques with my own sequence that are better suited to our busy lives. This new approach has been crafted to meet the needs of people who want to lie down and relax, while also providing lots of attention to the back and neck - the areas that tend to suffer the most from our sedentary lifestyles.As we all know, traditional Thai massage is a wonderful therapy with numerous benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. However, it is also a rigorous and demanding practice that normally requires a significant amount of time and energy to master.In my new Thai massage sequence, I am throwing away the traditional sequences that you would typically learn and replacing them with a much better sequence that is customized for our modern lifestyles. This includes more passive stretching, gentle rocking movements, and a greater focus on the back and neck.
